Spa Attendant | Heritage Awali

The Spa Attendant supports the smooth operation of the Spa by ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, guest service and facility preparation, while assisting Spa Therapists and reception when required.

•    Participate in all required training and apply the knowledge and standards acquired in daily operations.

•    Maintain open communication with the Superior and promptly report any unusual matters, incidents or plans affecting the Spa area.

•    Deliver efficient, attentive and high-quality service to guests, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times.

•    Handle guest complaints professionally and report them to the Superior for appropriate follow-up.

•    Work closely with Spa Therapists to ensure continuity of care and guest well-being before, during and after treatments.

•    Minimise wastage and ensure the responsible use of Spa supplies, products and materials.

•    Strictly adhere to all health, safety, hygiene and operational procedures.

•    Set up treatment rooms, laboratory, relaxation areas and other Spa facilities according to established standards and instructions.

•    Reset and prepare treatment rooms to the required standards after each guest.

•    Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene and proper condition of Spa facilities, treatment areas and equipment, and ensure specific cleaning and maintenance requirements are followed.

•    Provide reception assistance in the absence of the Receptionist or Senior Therapist, ensuring continuity of guest service and Spa operations.

•    Basic theoritical knowledge (Form III level) and/or prior professional experience.                  

•    1 year working experience as Spa attendant or in Housekeeping.
