Overview of the Role 🔍
The Social Media & Communication Executive supports the daily management of the brand’s social media and communication activities. The role focuses on creating and publishing engaging content, supporting digital campaigns, managing online communities and ensuring that all communication remains aligned with the brand identity and tone of voice.


Key Responsibilities 📋
  • Assist in the planning and execution of the monthly social media content calendar.
  • Create, write, schedule and publish content across the brand’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
  • Support the creation of engaging short-form content such as Reels, Stories, TikTok-style videos, carousels and simple edited videos.
  • Capture basic on-property content when required, including hotel experiences, F&B, wellness, events, team moments and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Use tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite or similar platforms to create, edit and adapt content.
  • Ensure that all content is accurate, visually consistent and aligned with the brand’s tone of voice, visual identity and communication standards.
  • Support organic and paid digital campaigns by preparing captions, visuals, short videos and content adapted to each platform.
  • Assist with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads in coordination with the Head of Communication & Media Relations.
  • Manage community engagement across social media platforms by monitoring comments, messages, mentions and tags, responding in a timely, professional and brand-appropriate manner, and escalating guest enquiries, complaints or sensitive topics when required.
  • Support the monitoring of guest reviews and online feedback on platforms such as Google Reviews, TripAdvisor and other relevant channels.
  • Assist with influencer and content creator by following up on content requirements, tagging guidelines and deliverables.
  • Identify relevant user-generated content and coordinate approvals for reposting when required.
  • Draft simple communication content for social media captions, newsletters, blogs, website updates, campaign support and in-situ communication.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather accurate information for posts, campaigns, offers, events and operational updates.
  • Prepare monthly social media reports, including basic KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, campaign performance and key learnings.
  • Maintain an organised archive of approved photos, videos, captions, reports, campaign assets and influencer content.
  • Support the Communication team during events, shoots and other brand initiatives as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile 🎯
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in social media, communication, hospitality, lifestyle, agency or content creation would be an advantage.
  • Experience or strong interest in creating short-form video content for Reels, Stories, TikTok or similar platforms.
  • Basic exposure to social media scheduling, community management, reporting or paid digital campaigns would be an advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong interest in social media, content creation, digital trends and visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable using content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite or similar platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, including content formats, posting requirements, captions, hashtags, tagging, short-form video and community engagement.
  • Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns, including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Good eye for aesthetics, detail and brand consistency.
  • Ability to write clear, engaging and brand-appropriate captions.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage several tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with different departments and gathering information from several stakeholders.
  • Professional judgement when handling comments, guest messages or sensitive online situations, aligned with the brand guidelines.
