Overview of the Role:
The trainee will support training coordination, data management, reporting, and talent development projects, while gaining practical experience in people development within a dynamic hospitality and tourism environment.
- This position will be based at our Head Office in Bagatelle for a period of 4-6 months.
Main Missions:
- Data management, processing, and analysis within the hospitality industry.
- Provide support to the Learning & Development Specialist across all learning and development initiatives.
Candidate's Profile:
- Be a final-year university student or a first-year Master's student.
- Have exposure/knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industries.
- Be proficient in the use of technology and digital tools.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze and process large volumes of data.
