Key Responsibilities πŸ“‹
β€’    Participate in training and ensure effective implementation
β€’    Welcome guests and provide accurate information on services
β€’    Handle guest complaints, feedback, and service recovery in coordination with relevant departments
β€’    Support guest engagement, special events, and loyalty initiatives
β€’    Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and CRM data
β€’    Promote online reviews and social media engagement in line with brand guidelines
β€’    Collaborate with the Communication & Digital Team to create and manage engaging content
β€’    Monitor and respond to social media interactions and coordinate with influencers
β€’    Contribute to improving service standards and team performance
β€’    Promote upselling and support revenue generation initiatives
β€’    Identify opportunities to reduce costs, loss, and wastage
β€’    Apply basic principles of profitability and cost management
β€’    Ensure effective communication and promotion of hotel events
β€’    Report operational issues, risks, and opportunities to management
β€’    Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units                          
β€’    Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society

Ideal Candidate Profile 🎯
β€’    HSC or equivalent qualification; SC with relevant professional training will be considered
β€’    Diploma in Front Office or related field from a recognized institution (e.g., NC4)
β€’    Previous experience as a Receptionist or Guest Relations Officer or in a similar role
β€’    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
β€’    Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); a third language is an advantage
