Overview of the Role:
In this role, you will assist the Senior People Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of the HR function and support management in achieving set goals and objectives as per standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control his team members to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
  • Operate HR systems with a view to effectively monitor, improve or maintain people performance.
  • Analyse problems within legal and company parameters.
  • Attend to employees grievances.
  • Assist and Advise GM/RM/HOD on HR matters.
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection process.
  • Conduct exit and return to work interview.
  • Able to prepare the monthly, quarterly and Year-end reports.
  • Prepare the yearly budget and do the follow up on a monthly basis.
  • Monitor the procurement of uniforms/accessories as per budget.
  • Liaise with Payroll Team for payroll purposes.
  • Prepare and update statistics and other HR reports, monitor KPI and communicate relevant information.
  • Coordinate transport of all team members with transport provider and sort out all TM transport issues.
  • Managing expatriate recruits.
  • Ready to travel to different business units in the center and in the south of the island.

Candidate’s Profile:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field preferred
  • Experience in HR Reporting, Budgeting and Payroll processes.
  • Good knowledge in expatriate management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
  • High attention to detail and integrity.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.
